Sightings: An NDX100 'high' or just another 'siren'?

Another 'siren' call or the makings of something both 'real' & certainly well overdue?
At the very least the GAP below @ 2916 needs a 'fill' sooner or later.
Below that & the 2660 fill still beckons 'medium term'.
