NDX100: Another Test of 3615/25 & another Failure?

The 1st failure (3613) rewarded the skeptics with a rather 'fast' 3%+ profit on the sub 3500 move intra- week; will this encounter @ 3616 do the same?
RSI @ mid- levels & the MACD below the Zero line has them nicely positioned Short- Term.
