NYSE McClellan vulnerable again......Cyprus?

The New Highs scored after the late February 'dip' have NOT been matched by a similar move in the McClellan; leaving the market (NYSE) vulnerable to exactly the weekend's developments regarding Cyprus & the renewed concerns this will raise with the EMU & the other PIIGS debt.
Just when you thought the 'coast was clear'........
